answers on stocks are available from FREESTOCKCHARTS.COM and INVESTOPEDIA.COM.but my personal favourites which i have made money from are these-Petrobras A,PBR.A,Konghong corp.KONG,United states steel,X and last but not least is Hotel inns and management,HMIN.it all depends on the time span and the amount of cash invested and the most important factor is market trend,ie,if ALL markets are falling there is simply nothing you can do to prevent any stock from going down, swim with the tide and not against it or simply sell the stock, which day traders do nearly every single day, they simply wait until it goes up past its 20 day moving average and buy and hold until it drops below that line again,so the stocks i have stated are LONG TERM HOLDS and if your professor bought them with real money,it would add to his income, but please remember,no stock goes up all the time, that would be great and everyone would be millionaires, you simply follow the trend on a chart,if its dropping a stone, sell and just pick one with an upward trend instead,GL,
