The only safest way to invest 15000$ in today market condition is the bank fixed deposit or term deposit.The other way is to start a trading business on ebay or amazon after making some study.One needs to be very careful or have a deep knowledge if they wish to invest somewhere else other than this such as gold,silver, stock markets,mutual fund bonds,etc,since the rates are extremely fluctuating.Still despite of having “good knowledge” there may be a risk factor associated with such kind of investments.
