Car house and then into a company
I would build a community center with meeting rooms and classrooms, and endow it with a fund to keep it running for a few decades.
Living in a community that fosters connection and learning is a great return on the money. So much of what I have enjoyed and benefited from has come from non-profit events, such as those my community center would host.
It would have a few dance rooms, conference rooms, auditoriums, and classrooms.
This is my dream.
Equity firm. I would invest in mid-size to major start-up’s who have the next greatest thing and I would also provide capital to current businesses that need it.
I would also establish an organization that would help small business owners start their venture. This would be a line of credit based organization, however my equity firm would be me taking a % of their company for the life of it.

The more richer you are, the more safe you should invest. If I have that kind of money, I’d put it in T-Bill, GIC and Bonds. Let’s say the payout is 3% a year, I’d get $MMM’s a year. It’s going to give me good living for so many generations.
